I wore it when I was particularly pissed at my situation a couple of years ago. <br />I wore it into a treatment one day and the nurses and desk workers were aghast! I didn't take it off because I was in a crappy mood and I was paying them to treat me so I could wear whatever I darn well pleased. While I sat in the waiting room waiting to get called back, several other patients came though and several of them saw my cap.
